Synopsis :

                He is not a thief, but he took something like bananas and oranges from docks. He usually use apron to hide something. When he went to dock, he usually drove a little cart to brought something from docks.

                One day, the police man catched him and arrested him. It happen because he stole seventeen oranges. The police counted and placed the oranges carefully. When the police ask him, he kept quiet and try to not say anything. The police man very angrily and he made decision to call another police and locked him in the room with seventeen oranges.

                He was very frightened because of this. He scared when he go to prison because of its. Suddenly, he got idea. He ate all oranges to clean the evidence, because he knew, no evidence no punishment. He ate all oranges quickly. He ate all of orange like pip too. When the police came with his partner, they saw no evidence. They was very confused. Because of no evidence, police officer  had to let him go.

My Opinion :

                 This story is very funny and easy to understand. this story use a simple sentence and use daily word, it make me very easy to catch its. By the way, i love this one.

                This story tell us about the boy who steal someyhing from the dock and try to lie about what the truth. It is not good for us, if we steal something and be a liar, we will get a revenge from god ot from the others. In this world, we should act based truth and keep our mouth to say the truth. If we become a honest people, we will get pay back from god and so on. In other hand, stealing is bad behaviour. If we steal something and someone know about that and he tell this to police officer, we will get trouble and maybe we can in the prison.

Synopsis :

                The River Oster has polluted because of the Chemical factories. The river pollution made plants and fish killed. Professor Hamilton, Dr Andrew Scott and Jo work together in the laboratory at Oster Valley University. They try to create a new compound to heal the the river.

                One day, Professor Hamilton as a leader in the laboratory should go to zurich, she leaves Andrew and Jo. Time is running out, the river still polluted. Andrew can’t control himself to work harder and harder. He comes to laboratory at the midnight and he works harder to find new compound without Professor hamilton help. He works more than 30 hours. He feels he works with Professor Hamilton, they both try to make a new compuond for the river. Finally, the success to make a compound. Professor Hamilton ask andrew to go home after that.

                In the same day, the accident happen near the airport. The car crushed a van. The victim was Professor Hamilton.

                The next day, andrew very happy because they made a compound. He said it to Jo, but Jo feel andrew was getting crazy because he said he works with Professor eventhough Jo knows the professor was died.

My Opinion :

                This story is very interesting. Honestly i love this story!

                This story use a simple vocabulary, so i can understand all of the messages in this story. This book use for beginner. As a stundent, this story can make me increase our knowledge about structure. The sentence in the book is not very long but the sentence use a good grammar or method, so it easy to understand. The book use past simple and past continous tense. The book says “Past Simple and past continous Tenses usually used in narration and student must become familiar with it as these continue to extend and develop their reading skill.

                In other hand, this book tell us about “hard word”. As a student we should follow this principe. We should work harder, harder, and harder until we catch our dream.

Synopsis :

                Emma carter is old woman who always playing lottery. She plays lottery on Saturday morning and wait the lottery result on Saturday evening in TV program. She always use the same number in loterry, there are 5, 12, 23, 24, 38, 41. All those numbers are important for emma, because a lot of reasons.

                One day, emma’s bag snatched by someone in the street. The man is Jason william, he is twenty-two years old. In emma’s bag has some money and her lottery ticket. Jason is lottery maniac, he always plays lottery like emma, but he stolen anything to buy lottery.

                On Saturday morning, the lottery has been announced. Emma’s numbers out as a winner, but the lottery ticket on jason hand. Jason come as a winner. The troubles come when jason’s mom, jason’s dad, jason’s wife want his money. In other hand, emma unhappy because she want the prize too.

                Emma and jason uses lawyer to face court, they both want to be a winner to get a lottery prize. Everyone want the five million pounds, including their lawyers. This happen because use a lawyer is expensive.

My Opinion :

                This story is very interesting for me. Many moral value i can get from this story. Such as, “lie is not good for our life.” If we lie to someone, we will get some troubles in the future. It happens in jason’s life when he lies to everyone about the winning ticket. As human, we should say the truth and fact. However the truth is pain, we should stand in right way. Another value i get from this story  is about the lawyer. Honestly, i hate lawyer so much, because their job just support their client and make their client win in the court eventhough they don’t know who is right and wrong.

                This story is very easy to catch because this book use a easy sentence. This is the real reading book for me to increase my skill and knowledge. Each one has been chosen for its enjoyment value and this book see to us the quality or writing.

                In other side, the weakness from this book come from the ending of the story. I think the story is not clear and it make the reader very curious and dissapointed.
